Thanks for booking your picture day with OHANA Sports Photography! Here's some information about our picture day process:

Preparing for picture day:

• A roster with each athlete's jersey (if applicable), first/last name, parent/guardian Name, parent/guardian Email, (optional parent/guardian mobile phone).
  • For your convenience, you can copy this Google Sheet Template, or download a CSV template to get started.
  • Please help us keep an efficient workflow by ensuring complete and accurate information.
• We supply fliers and email all picture day information, and work with your staff on logistics of picture

Picture Day:

• OHANA Sports Photography staff arrives approximately one hour before start time to set up our equipment.
• We check in each subject with a mobile app that matches faces to the names in the roster.
• Both team photo(s) & individuals are taken.
• Each athlete will be photographed full body, so proper uniform/shirt/hat should be worn.
• Athletes should bring everything they would have on a game day, such as gloves, bats, pom-poms, etc. If your sport involves a ball, we ask for a clean game ball to be used in photos as well.

After Picture Day:

• Parents have no obligation to order.
• Photos can be viewed online prior to purchase.
• Purchased products are drop shipped for connivence, so you are not required to hand out any information
